| Hyundai Sungwoo
Resort has a condominium, youth hostel, and other
accommodation facilities. It’s a leisure town close
to the city, only an hour and a half away from Seoul
if you take the Yeongdong Highway. It is equipped
with a variety of ski trails to fit the different
levels of skiers, and it also boasts of having the
first 8-person gondolas imported into Korea, as well
as courses dedicated to snowboarding. |

Preparations:
1. You must bring your own gloves, socks,
sunglasses, hat, and sun block.
2. You can rent skis, snowboards, ski attire, and
other related items at the resorts and in
surrounding areas. When preparing your snow attire,
be sure to have water-proof clothing. Water-proof
pants are a must!
3. Some beginners are often eager to try advanced
slopes, while this may seem like a fun idea; it
often ends up in a dangerous situation. If you are a
beginner, try taking lessons.
4. After taking a lesson, purchase a lift ticket and
head off to the beginners' course. Prices vary at
each
resort

Bus Terminal(at Wonju local public office), take the
shuttle bus or taxi to Hyundai Sungwoo Resort.
